All CozyExhaleART products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees or customs charges.

Instant delivery

Right after your payment is confirmed you receive an email with a secure link to download your PNG file. Most orders arrive within a few minutes.

If you did not receive your email

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
• Still nothing? Message us through the contact page with your order number and we will resend your link.

Download tips

• Download and save your file to your computer as soon as you receive it.
• Files are high-resolution PNGs with a transparent background, best used on a computer rather than a phone.
