Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by CozyExhaleART are digital files delivered instantly by email. Because digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after a purchase is completed.

When we will help

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of your order if:

the file is corrupted, empty or will not open;
you did not receive your download link;
you were charged more than once for the same order;
the file you received is different from the product description.

In these cases we will replace the file or, if we cannot fix the problem, issue a refund.

Before you buy

Mockups are shown for presentation only. You receive the digital design file, not the shirt, mug or any physical product.
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, ink, material and printing method.
