What will I receive when I buy a design?

You receive a digital PNG file. Nothing is shipped, and no shirt, mug or other physical item is included. Mockup photos are only shown to help you picture the design.

How do I get my file?

After checkout you receive an email with your download link. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we will help.

What quality are the files?

Every design is a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background. The exact pixel size varies from design to design. Read more in our guide to 300 DPI PNG files.

What can I print the designs with?

The files are made for sublimation and DTF printing, and can be used on shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, tote bags and other products that suit your printing method. See our beginner guide to printing a PNG with sublimation.

Can I use the designs on dark shirts?

It depends on the printing method. Sublimation works best on white or very light polyester and polymer-coated blanks. DTF is usually the better choice for dark garments.

Are the files editable templates?

No. Each file is a finished PNG design, not an editable template.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. Reselling, redistributing, sharing or uploading the original digital file is not allowed. Please read the terms of use on each product page. If you have a question about commercial use, email us before you buy.
